The Degree of the Musimundo brand, Emsa (Electronics Megatone S.A) and Carsa S.A celebrated an agreement from which EMSA will manage 37 branches located mostly in the northwest and south of the country and in the province of Buenos Aires that belonged to Carsa, of which 16 of them had recently been closed.

The workers will retain all their labor rights and background, and will depend from now on EMSA.

From the company they reported that "it is an extremely important step for the Musimundo brand that, from this capital injection, receives a very significant impulse to cross a macroeconomic context that has been particularly difficult for the country in general and for the retail sector in particular."

In this regard, from the EMSA Directorate they said: "We are really very happy to have been able to reach this agreement that allows the brand to recover its presence in very relevant locations, while guaranteeing the work continuity of an important group of collaborators."

In turn, they added: "We have the conviction that this instance represents for Musimundo a tremendously significant milestone to recover the growth path and prominence as one of the leaders of the sector."

In this way Musimundo is again present in locations such as Mar del Plata, Bahía Blanca, Viedma, Neuquén and Rio Negro. It has more than 210 branches distributed throughout the country and served by its more than 3,000 collaborators. Additionally, the company continues to develop its E-Commerce proposal and its more than 650 delivery points.
